Chairman Wang Yusuo increased his holdings of Xinao Energy Holdings (02688) by 150,000 shares at a price of about HK$49.27 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 1, Chairman of the Board of Directors Wang Yusuo increased his holdings of Xinao Energy Holdings (02688) by 150,000 shares, at a price of HK$49.2697 per share, for a total amount of about HK$7.395 million. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 396 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 34.98%.

This transaction involves a related party: Zhao Baoju.
