Acer Group Holdings (01718): Dan Xi appointed as a member of the Investment Committee and Nomination Committee

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Acer Group Holdings (01718) announced that Mr. Wang Yu will retire at the annual shareholders' meeting. Mr. Wang Yu has informed the board of directors that he will not be re-elected at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders because he needs to focus on other business responsibilities. Mr. Wang has retired as an executive director since the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Since the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Wang Yu has ceased to be a member of the Company's Investment Committee; Mr. Zhang Yi is no longer a member of the Company's Nomination Committee; and Ms. Dan Xi has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee and Nomination Committee respectively.
