On a per-share basis, the Minneapolis-based company said it had profit of $1.51. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were $1.04 per share.

The owner of hair salon chains Supercuts and MasterCuts posted revenue of $56 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $6.9 million, or $2.41 per share. Revenue was reported as $224.5 million.
