Zhitong Financial App News, Xiansheng Pharmaceutical (02096) issued an announcement. On September 1, 2026, the Group and F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd (Roche) signed an exclusive license agreement (the agreement). Under the terms of the agreement, Roche will obtain exclusive global development, production and commercialization rights for SIM0660 (CD79a/CD19/CD3 trispecific antibody). This license is the second authorized asset of the Tumor T Cell Adapter (TCE) technology platform, further verifying the innovative strength and global competitive advantage of the Group's TCE technology platform.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Group is entitled to receive a down payment of $75 million and a milestone payment of up to $1,455 million. The Group also has the right to charge tiered royalties of up to double digits based on future net sales.

SIM0660 is a three-specific antibody developed by Xiansheng Saimei's TCE multispecific antibody technology platform. Sim0660 combines CD3-binding T-cell bridging arms with binding domains targeting the two B-cell antigens, CD79a and CD19. While inducing potent cytotoxic effects mediated by T cells, it can effectively limit cytokine release. This dual-target strategy has potential first-in-class (first-in-class) value for B-cell lymphoma treatment, and is expected to cover newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory cases, particularly to provide differentiated new therapies for patients who have previously received CD20 or CD19 targeted therapy. Furthermore, SIM0660 also has therapeutic potential for B-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases, and is expected to target elimination of pathogenic B cells, bringing clinical benefits to patients.
