Yunnan Copper announced on September 1 that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation from Chairman Kong Desong. Due to work adjustments, Kong Desong resigned as chairman, director, member and chairman of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee of the Board of Directors, and a member of the Board Nomination Committee. Kong Desong will not hold any position in the company after resigning from the above position.
