SYS6010, a subsidiary of CSPC Innovation (300765.SZ), was included in the list of breakthrough treatment varieties

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shiyao Innovation (300765.SZ) announced that SYS6010 developed by Shiyao Group Jushi Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of the company, was included in the list of breakthrough treatment varieties by the Drug Evaluation Center of the China Drug Administration (“Drug Review Center”). The intended indication (or functional treatment) of this drug is patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (R/M HNSCC) who have failed immunization and platinum-containing chemotherapy.

According to the announcement, SYS6010 has previously obtained 2 breakthrough treatment certifications granted by the Drug Review Center (not including this one). The proposed indications are: single drug for EGFR mutation-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that failed to be treated with EGFR-TKI and platinum-containing chemotherapy; unresectable locally advanced or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that failed after receiving platinum-containing chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) in the past.
