Croma Security Concludes Purchase of UK-based Locksmith Business William Channon

04:58 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Croma Security Solutions Group (CSSG.L) finalized the purchase of A. Butler & Sons, d/b/a William Channon, an access control systems and commercial locksmith services business in Holborn, UK. The London-listed security systems company said Tuesday it expects to pay a total of 1 million pounds sterling in cash, of which 600,000 pounds was paid initially on deal completion. The remaining amount will be paid after the seller repays an intra-group loan and completion accounts are finalized. Croma Security financed the deal from its existing resources.
