Mkango Resources Closes EUR8 Million Acquisition of Remloy

04:38 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mkango Resources (MKA.L) completed its purchase of the Remloy rare earth magnet recycling business from Heraeus Amloy Technologies for 8 million euros in cash. The London-listed miner paid 5 million euros upon closing, with the remaining 3 million euros to be paid on Aug. 28, 2028, according to a Tuesday release. Remloy operates a fully commissioned production facility in Bitterfeld, Germany, that recycles end-of-life rare earth magnets into neodymium-iron-boron alloy powders.
