Zhitong Finance App learned that Kainan Holding Group (KHG.US), a recruitment service provider for expatriate laborers headquartered in Malaysia, submitted documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday and plans to raise up to 20 million US dollars through an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to issue 4 million shares, with a pricing range of $4 to $6 per share. Based on the median issue price range, its market value will reach US$104 million after complete dilution.

Kainan Holding Group is a workforce and human resources management service provider headquartered in Malaysia. The company recruits, dispatches and manages temporary and skilled workers for corporate clients in the manufacturing, construction and service industries across Malaysia, and provides them with support in induction training, employee management, and employment compliance. The company charges customers for the contracted attendance days.

The company, headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia, was founded in 2007 and plans to be listed on the NASDAQ under the stock code KHG. Kainan Holding Group secretly submitted an IPO application on March 23, 2026. D. Boral Capital was the sole underwriter for the deal.
