The “Automobile Guidelines” consist of 4 chapters and 20 articles. They provide references for production and operation practices such as overseas market competition by Chinese automobile industry enterprises engaged in international production and operation activities. They focus on competitive behavior such as overseas marketing by automobile industry enterprises, as well as compliance measures such as overseas production safety, quality management, labor security, and data security for enterprises to refer to. In the next step, the Ministry of Commerce, together with relevant departments, will continue to promote the improvement of the overseas integrated service system to better guide the rational and orderly cross-border layout of the automobile industry.
