Bunzl Books Higher H1 Attributable Profit, Revenue

02:22 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bunzl (BNZL.L) said Tuesday that its attributable profit and revenue for the first half grew year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 211.3 million pounds sterling, compared with 181.9 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.656 pound from 0.555 pound. The British distribution and outsourcing company's revenue was 5.93 billion pounds, compared with 5.76 billion pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.208 pound per share for the period, payable on Jan. 5, 2027, to shareholders on record Nov. 13, 2026. It paid 0.202 pound per share a year ago. For 2026, the company raised its guidance and now expects a "modest" adjusted operating profit growth at constant exchange rates. It also continues to anticipate an increase in revenue at constant exchange rates, supported by a modest growth in underlying revenue.
