SET notifies ROH to urgently complete the appointment of the audit committee members within a specified deadline

Information analysis Subject : Reminding investors to analyze Information Security Symbol - ROYAL ORCHID HOTEL (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (ROH) Description : As Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ROH) was unable to complete the appointment of the audit committee members within specified deadline (August 31, 2026), the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) request ROH to urgently appoint the audit committee members to meet the requirement within specified deadline. If the Company still fails to meet the audit committee member requirement after 6 months, the SET will post the "SP" (Suspension) sign on ROH's securities until the company has completely appointed the audit committee. Furthermore, after the complete period of 2 years for which the SP sign has been posted for failure to appoint audit committee members as required.
