According to the Zhitong Finance App, Federal Pharmaceuticals (03933) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of RMB 6.166 billion (same unit), a year-on-year decrease of 18%; the company's owners should account for the current profit of RMB 348 million, a year-on-year decrease of 81.6%; and basic profit per share of 17.62 points.

The Group regards innovative research and development as the core engine for enterprise development, continuously increasing R&D investment and introducing scientific research talents. Through diversified cooperation models such as independent R&D and cooperative development, the Group expands innovative product lines, enhances new drug research and development and clinical capabilities, and accelerates the development and practical application of innovative technologies and products.

During the period, the Group invested a total of 469 million yuan in drug research and development, and R&D expenses decreased by 14.8% over the same period last year. Among them, the cost R&D investment was 438.9 million yuan, and the capitalized R&D investment was 30.2 million yuan.

The Group has established a comprehensive R&D system, including multiple platforms for biological research and development, chemical research, biological fermentation and chemistry, enzymatic synthesis research, animal protection research and development, and clinical research. Currently, the Group is developing 40 new drugs, of which 23 are Class 1 new drugs, focusing on the fields of endocrinology, metabolism, autoimmunity, ophthalmology, and anti-infection. Animal Health Insurance is developing a total of 67 new products, covering all types of economical and companion animals. In addition, consistent evaluation of the quality and efficacy of APIs, generic drugs, and research and development of medical and aesthetic projects are progressing steadily.
