Haige Communications (002465.SZ) plans to publicly list and transfer 20% of Henan Jingwei's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Haige Communications (002465.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 20% of its shares in the participating company Henan Haige Jingwei Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Henan Jingwei”) through public listing. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Henan Jingwei. This move is conducive to further optimizing the asset structure, revitalizing existing assets, concentrating advantages on strategic business, and improving quality and efficiency.
