All preconditions under the provisional agreement and formal agreement have been fulfilled, and the property has been delivered completely vacant. The cost of the acquisition was fully covered by the Group's internal resources, and the acquisition was completed on August 31, 2026.

After completion of the acquisition, the property was held by the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary.
