Tianyuan Group (06119) delays publication of 2026 interim results

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Tianyuan Group (06119) issued an announcement. According to section 13.49 (6) and section 13.48 (1) of the listing rules, the company must publish the Group's unaudited interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026 no later than two months after the end of the company's financial period (that is, on or before August 31, 2026), and the Group's interim report for the six months ended June 30, 2026 no later than 3 months after the end of the relevant financial period (that is, before September 30, 2026). Due to matters contained in these announcements, the 2025 Annual Results and 2025 Annual Report have yet to be published and distributed as of the date of this announcement. As a result, publication of the 2026 interim results and delivery of the 2026 interim report are expected to be delayed until after the time limit specified in the listing rules.
