Hebei Province recently issued the “15th Five-Year Plan for Hebei Province”, which clearly regards improving the provincial Beidou navigation and positioning reference station network as one of the core tasks of basic surveying and mapping construction during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period. The aim is to continuously upgrade the modern surveying and mapping reference system and provide high-precision spatio-temporal benchmark support for the high-quality economic and social development of the province. According to the plan, between 2026 and 2030, Hebei will optimize the spatial layout of the provincial Beidou navigation and positioning reference station network, and regularly carry out dynamic updates of the surveying and mapping reference frame to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the reference station network. After 5 years, Hebei will implement the Beidou real-time normal high publishing service, so that users can directly obtain real-time elevation information based on the Beidou system, further lowering the application threshold. At the same time, efforts are being made to build a Beidou intelligent service platform with high accuracy and capable of carrying a large number of users to improve the system's concurrent processing capabilities and service efficiency.
