The matter has been reviewed and approved by the shareholders' meeting and shareholders' meetings of related categories, and the cancellation procedure will be completed on September 1, 2026. After the cancellation is completed, the total share capital of the company will be changed from 9.378 billion shares to 9.303 billion shares. The total shareholding ratio of the actual controller Haier Group and its co-actors will passively increase from 34.487% to 34.763%, and the company's control remains unchanged.
