CDB International Investment (01062): Fang Xuan appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

Mr. Xian will also retire as Chairman of the Board of Directors Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Fang Xuan, an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, will be appointed as the chairman of the Board's Remuneration Committee with effect from August 31, 2026.
