Evergrande Property (06666) announced interim results. Profit attributable to shareholders of 517 million yuan increased 9.48% year over year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Evergrande Property (06666) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of 6.943 billion yuan, an increase of 4.45% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was 517 million yuan, an increase of 9.48% year on year; profit per share was 0.05 yuan.

During the period, revenue from basic property management services was about 5.831.5 billion yuan, an increase of about 3.9% over the previous year, mainly due to the increase in the Group's management area; the continuous improvement of service quality through service promotion; and a decrease in risk customers.

As of June 30, 2026, the Group's total managed area was about 603 million square meters, an increase of about 7 million square meters from the total managed area of about 596 million square meters on June 30, 2025.

During the period, due to the principle of prudence, the Group confirmed revenue from basic property management services in accordance with the consideration expected to be enjoyed by providing property management services to customers. For some third party customers with significant increases in credit risk, the Group's property management service revenue during the period excluded revenue of about $255.7 million from basic property management services such as vacant property management related to related parties, taking into account their willingness to pay compensation payments when the costs were overdue; and considering the current situation of related parties, based on the principle of prudence, the Group's property management service revenue during the period excluded income from basic property management services such as vacant property management related to related parties.
