According to Zhitong Finance App News, Xinwei Medical-B (06609) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of 291 million yuan (RMB, same below), up 56.9% year on year; gross profit of 208 million yuan, up 64.3% year on year; profit attributable to shareholders of 60.36 million yuan, up 18.5% year on year; adjusted net profit of 70.4 million yuan, up 105.9% year on year; basic income per share.

According to the announcement, the rapid growth in the company's performance is mainly due to the company's products being widely recognized clinically and demand for terminals continues to rise, thereby promoting continuous revenue and profit growth.

Revenue from the ischemic stroke business continued to grow steadily during the reporting period. The key product intracranial thrombus suction catheter was added to about 200 new hospitals, and the number of products implanted increased more than 3 times over the same period last year. The company has further upgraded and optimized intracranial thrombus suction catheters and embolization techniques, and has formed cascaded suction technology (CATCH), exchange-free cascade aspiration technology (CATCH EZ), and cascade placement technology (CATCH Mini), which can adapt to differentiated clinical application scenarios and achieve comprehensive coverage of different clinical needs. Sales of other products in the ischemic stroke business, including embolization stents, balloons, and catheters, also continued to grow.

The hemorrhagic stroke business is the business with the fastest revenue growth. As the first self-developed aneurysm embolization stent in China, the intracranial stent (certified by NMPA as an innovative medical device) has a clear first-mover advantage. More than 270 new hospitals were implanted in the first half of 2026, with sales increasing by more than 80%; the market share of embolic spring ring systems increased rapidly, and sales increased by more than 100% year on year; a total of about 200 blood-flow guided mesh stents were admitted, becoming a new growth point for the hemorrhagic stroke business.

The vascular closure business continued to achieve rapid growth. During the reporting period, more than 200 new hospitals were implanted with occlusion and hemostasis systems, and more than 130,000 units were implanted in the first half of 2026. Sales increased by about 80% year-on-year. The product continued to impact the largest market share of vascular occlusion. A total of about 150 COLLSEAL hemostasis devices have been admitted, and the products have achieved effective multi-department coverage.

In overseas markets, the company has obtained a total of 72 product registration certificates in 16 countries and regions, and the registration process for about 150 products in more than 30 countries and regions is in progress. The embolic spring ring system is expected to obtain CE certification in the third quarter of 2026. In addition, the company actively participated in international academic conferences such as the World Conference on Interventional Neural Interventional Surgery (WLNC), Interventional Neuroradiology and Neurosurgery (LINNC), and the World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology (WFITN), expanding its brand influence, establishing good cooperative relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in many countries and regions, strengthening channel construction, and building a solid foundation for further increasing overseas market share. In the first half of 2026, the amount of overseas sales orders exceeded the revenue for the full year of 2025.
