Huaihe Energy announced that Huaihu Coal and Power Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, recently signed a “Mining Rights Concession Contract” with the Anhui Provincial Department of Natural Resources, paid the full transaction price of 286.995 million yuan in one go, obtained real estate property certificates and mining licenses, and obtained deep resource mining rights and corresponding rights in the Dingji Coal Mine according to law. The current resource holdings amount to 888 million tons.
