Seventh Avenue (00797): Au Wing-han was appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Agent for Legal Proceedings Documents

Mr. Zheng Chengjie has proposed his resignation to resign (i) the Company's joint company secretary; (ii) the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (iii) the authorized representative (legal procedure document agent) to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws), which will take effect from August 31, 2026.

Ms. Au Wing-han, who has the qualifications required under section 3.28 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as a joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for legal proceedings with effect from August 31, 2026, and Mr. Yeung Shing will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
