Guo Jiakun said that the 11th Oriental Economic Forum will be held in Vladivostok, Russia from September 1 to 4, with the theme “Far East - Development for the People”. Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang will attend the plenary session of the forum, jointly hold an institutional meeting of the Sino-Russian Investment and Energy Cooperation Committee and the Sino-Russian Energy Business Forum with Russian leaders, and meet with relevant Russian leaders.
