Sdiptech Mulls SEK400 Million Bond Offering, Early Redemption of Outstanding Bonds

02:57 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sdiptech (SDIP-B.ST) said Monday it is considering an offering of 400 million kronor of senior secured floating-rate bonds and an early full redemption of its outstanding 800 million kronor of senior bonds due August 2027. Through Nordea Bank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, the listed technology group is seeking meetings with potential investors in the offering, with meetings expected to begin on Tuesday. If pursued, the new four-year bonds will be issued under a framework of 1 billion kronor. The offer will run until Friday, with settlement expected by Sept. 10. Subject to the completion of the issuance, Sdiptech will offer to buy the remainder of its 800 million kronor of bonds due August 2027. The outstanding bonds will be acquired at 101.98% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption will be carried out on Sept. 25.
