Omda Mulls SEK700 Million Senior Bond Issue

01:46 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Omda (OMDA.OL) said Monday it is considering issuing a four-year senior secured bond of 700 million kronor, subject to market conditions. The Norwegian healthcare and emergency software company will use the net proceeds to refinance its outstanding 500 million Norwegian kroner of OMDA02 PRO bond, pay the earn-out related to the purchase of Saab's (SAAB-B.ST) public safety solutions business, and for general corporate purposes. Pareto Securities and SB1 Markets were appointed as joint bookrunners to set up fixed-income investor meetings, starting Tuesday.
