According to the news, on August 28, Yongsheng Services announced the interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of RMB 3,606 billion (same unit), an increase of 4.18% over the previous year; the company's owners should account for profit of 215 million yuan, an increase of 0.56% over the previous year. According to the announcement, the property management service business is the Group's largest source of revenue. In the current period, revenue from property management services reached approximately RMB 2,827 billion, accounting for about 78.4% of the Group's total revenue. The increase in revenue from property management services was mainly due to the Group's continuous efforts to expand its customer base.

It is worth mentioning that on August 26, Yongsheng Service officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Gaoxian Robotics, a leading commercial cleaning robot company. According to the cooperation framework between the two parties, Yongsheng Service will open up various indoor, basement, and park scenarios in its residential and commercial business formats, and Gaoxian Robotics will provide floor cleaning robots and supporting solutions. Furthermore, the direction of cooperation between the two sides will be realized one after another from reducing robot deployment costs to introducing new cutting-edge technology. According to reports, the first batch of Gaoxian cleaning robots have been first launched in 30 cities managed by Yongsheng, covering more than 100 projects.
