In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to comprehensively promote the disclosure of information by public enterprises and institutions, further enhance the transparency of the work of power supply enterprises, and effectively guarantee the rights of electricity users to know, participate and supervise, according to laws and regulations such as the “Energy Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Electricity Supervision Regulations” and “Formulation Measures for Public Enterprises and Institutions Information Disclosure Regulations”, the National Energy Administration has revised the current “Implementation Measures on Information Disclosure of Power Supply Enterprises” and is now being publicly solicited for comments.
