Huajian Healthcare (01931) announced interim results with revenue of 1,354 billion yuan, up 6.6% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huajian Healthcare (01931) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Group's revenue was RMB 1,354 million, up 6.6% year on year; gross profit was RMB 297 million, up 6.4% year on year; and parent company owners should account for a loss of 704.93 million yuan.

Distribution of IVD products is the cornerstone of the Group's business. It mainly involves the distribution of IVD analyzers, reagents and other consumables to customers such as distributors, hospitals and medical institutions, and logistics providers. The Group's IVD product distribution is mainly carried out through Weishida Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company. Weishida mainly distributes Sysmex Corporation's coagulation products in China. Since 1997, Weishida has been the exclusive national distributor of Heisenmeikang blood coagulation products in China, and has exclusive distribution rights. Westar also procures a diverse portfolio of IVD products from other leading international brands and distributes them in China. As of June 30, 2026, the Group has installed a total of about 6438 Heathson Macron coagulation analyzers in hospitals and medical institutions, which have been put into use.

Weishida and Heathson Meikang Medical Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. have been cooperating for 28 years, and the two sides have continued to deepen their cooperative relationship. During the reporting period, they worked together to address the dynamic needs of the Chinese medical device market and further strengthened Weishida's market position as the exclusive distributor of Heathson Meikang blood coagulation products in mainland China. This cooperation also provides the Group with a sound business foundation in a regulatory environment with changing policies.

The Group also provides the market with 4 types of blood clot marker products manufactured by Heathson Meikang. These products use high-sensitivity chemiluminescence technology, which can help diagnose thrombosis and fibrinolysis early. As of June 30, 2026, the Group has installed 97 Xisenmeikang blood coagulation immunoassays using these 4 types of thrombus markers in hospitals and medical institutions in China.
