Jingneng Clean Energy (00579) proposes to nominate and re-elect Chen Daewoo as an executive director candidate

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jingneng Clean Energy (00579) announced that the terms of office of all current directors will expire on August 28, 2026. The board of directors recommended nominating the following directors for re-election: (i) Mr. Chen Daewoo, Mr. Li Minghui and Mr. Zhang Wei as candidates for executive directors; (ii) Mr. Zhou Jianyu and Mr. Guo Yao as candidates for non-executive directors; and (iii) Mr. Wang Hongxin and Ms. Ho Chi Ying as independent non-executive director candidates.

The board of directors also recommended that shareholders elect the following candidates: (i) Mr. Shen Pang as non-executive director candidates; and (ii) Mr. Yin Song and Mr. Lu Chuan as independent non-executive director candidates.
