Seven Yuan Investment (01660) appoints Ye Yinan as Chairman of the Board

Effective August 28, 2026, Meng Zhaoyi has resigned as an executive director of the company, chairman of the board of directors, authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and accepted the duties of an authorized representative on behalf of the company in accordance with section 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws).

Following Mr. Meng's resignation, effective August 28, 2026, the board of directors appointed Mr. Ye Yinan as the chairman of the board of directors, authorized representative and legal agent of the company.

Effective August 28, 2026, Mr. Yip has resigned as the company's Chief Compliance Officer.

Effective August 28, 2026, Mr. Wen Xiaojian resigned as Chairman of the Company's Investment Committee, Member of the Nomination Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Yip was appointed as the Chairman of the Company's Investment Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
