According to Zhitong Finance App News, Kaikai Industrial (600272.SH) released its 2026 semi-annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 575 million yuan, an increase of 5.79%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 22.225 million yuan, an increase of 88.33%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 2.6532 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.81%; basic earnings per share were 0.085 yuan.

During the reporting period, the company's net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies increased compared to the same period last year. The main reason was that the company closely focused on the main line of “improving quality, efficiency, transformation and upgrading”, continued to promote the disposal of inefficient assets, and further focused on gathering superior resources to dominant businesses. During the reporting period, the company transferred 11.11% of Nanjing Tianshi Software Technology Co., Ltd.'s shares in Nanjing Tianshi Software Technology Co., Ltd. for 17.48 million yuan. This confirmed the relevant transfer proceeds, which affected the net profit attributable to the owner of the parent company of 11.901 million yuan.

During the reporting period, the company achieved a net cash flow inflow of 30.1587 million yuan from operating activities, a decrease of 73.6354 million yuan compared with the same period of the previous year. The main reasons were: (1) the company's SPD business continued to expand, and cash to purchase goods and receive labor payments increased year-on-year; (2) the company actively expanded sales business of pharmaceuticals and high-end supplements, etc., increased procurement and preparation efforts, and a corresponding increase in procurement payments.
