CIMC Group (02039) applies for registration to issue Interbank Market Dealers Association debt financing instruments

The registration amount is RMB 15 billion. It is valid for two years and will expire on April 10, 2027. Since the DFI registration application and the China Interbank Market Dealers Association (“Dealers Association”) review both require a certain period of time. In order to reserve sufficient preparation time, ensure the seamless connection of old and new approvals, avoid the risk of direct market financing, meet the company's production and operation capital requirements, and promote the healthy development of the company, the company plans to once again apply to the Dealers Association for unified registration and issue multi-type debt financing instruments with a total scale of not more than RMB 15 billion, and issue them in installments in the interbank bond market after obtaining the “Notice of Acceptance of Registration” issued by the Dealers Association (“DFI Registration”) Release”).
