The Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau disclosed that after investigation, the Chongqing branch of Open Source Securities had misleading promotion of investment products in the course of carrying out the securities investment advisory business, failed to explain the issuer of the securities research report to the customer based on the securities research report, made mistakes on the issuer of the securities research report explaining some investment recommendations to the customer, and provided investment advice to customers who have not signed a securities investment advisory service agreement. The Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures to issue a warning letter against the branch and record it in the securities and futures market integrity file.
