Penggao Holding Group (01865): Liang Enkai retires as executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Penggao Holding Group (01865) issued an announcement regarding the resolution on re-election of Mr. Liang Enkai as an executive director and the re-election of Mr. Dong Changzhou as a non-executive director (resolutions 2 (a) (iv) and 2 (a) (v)) failed to be passed as an ordinary resolution at the annual shareholders' meeting, so the retiring directors have retired from their respective directors' positions since the end of the annual shareholders' meeting.
