The revenue from continuing operations was approximately HK$229 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.8%; the net loss attributable to the company's equity owners was about HK$128 million, a decrease of about 39% over the previous year.

According to the announcement, the decrease in net losses was mainly due to the reduction in impairment losses of properties classified as holding sale group assets by approximately HK$73 million and a reduction in administrative expenses of approximately HK$22 million during the period.
