Xiangjiang Holdings announced that on August 28, 2026, Guangzhou Xiangjiang Yunhan Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Shenzhen Chengyatai Technology Co., Ltd. signed a “Computing Power Technology Service Contract” to provide services such as computer room resource docking and coordination, on-site operation and maintenance guarantee. The total contract amount is expected to be no more than 970 million yuan, and the service period is 5 years. The matter has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors and still needs to be submitted to the 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for consideration.
