During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 735 million yuan, an increase of 2.62% over the same period of the previous year; achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 60.47%, an increase of 60.47% over the same period of the previous year; realized net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profits and losses of 60.11,800 yuan, an increase of 64.67% over the same period last year. Basic earnings per share were $0.14.

During the reporting period, the increase in the company's revenue over the same period last year was mainly due to an increase in revenue by including Zhengzhou Luyuan in the scope of the merger.
