According to the Zhitong Finance App, Luoshi Robotics (03752) announced its 2026 interim results, achieving revenue of about 415 million yuan, an increase of 135.8% over the previous year. The company's owners should have accounted for a loss of 79 million yuan during the period, a year-on-year decrease of about 12.6%. The net adjusted profit for the period due to the company owner was 18.4 million yuan, turning a loss into a profit over the previous year. Operating cash flow turned positive during the period.

Among them, revenue from sales of robot products increased 162.2% to 394 million yuan, mainly due to the increase in sales volume of robot products from more than 4,000 units in the six months ending June 30, 2025 to more than 13,000 units in the same period in 2026, mainly due to continuous product upgrades and continuous optimization of core proprietary technology (including force control and high-precision transmission), so that the products can better meet diverse application needs.

Mr. Tuo Hua, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company, said, “During the reporting period, market opportunities and challenges coexisted, and the pattern was complicated, and Luoshi showed strong operational resilience.” Total revenue increased by 135.8%, laying a solid foundation for long-term sustainable development. This steady performance stems from the company's consistent implementation of the “Full Stack Empowerment, Embrace Symbiosis” strategy. The company promotes technology iteration to optimize the customer experience while pursuing a platform-driven path to improve the product portfolio covering robot bodies, core components, control systems, and open ecosystems. In terms of business development, Luoshi adopted a dual-track parallel model of full-stack internal R&D and open cooperation. Up to now, the company's industrial robots, flexible collaborative robots and embodied intelligent robots have provided services to more than 1,000 enterprises in more than 40 countries and regions.

Mr. Tang Shengtian, executive director and chief financial officer of the company, commented: “During the reporting period, Luo Shi recorded total revenue of RMB 415 million, an increase of 135.8% over the previous year, mainly driven by increased sales volume of robot products.” By business line, industrial robot revenue increased 69% year over year, while flexible collaborative robot revenue increased 72% year over year. The embedded intelligent robot business has made significant progress, generating revenue of 139 million yuan, accounting for 34% of total revenue. A number of leading intelligent technology companies have adopted or switched to the company's humanoid robotic arms for R&D and product iteration, driving rapid business growth. Continued optimization of the product portfolio has increased overall sales and raised the Group's gross margin to 29.8% during the period. The company will promote product iteration in its three major business lines: industrial robots, flexible collaborative robots, and embodied intelligent robots. The company will consolidate its core competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for the Group's high-quality medium- to long-term development as its business scale expands.
