Zhengqian Financial Holdings (01152) is forecasting a medium-term consolidated net loss of approximately HK$3.2 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhengqian Financial Holdings (01152) announced that the Group expects to achieve a comprehensive net loss of about HK$3.2 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, and a net profit of about HK$3.6 million for the period ending June 30, 2025. The shift from profit to loss was mainly due to (i) a decrease in gross profit; (ii) an increase in administrative expenses and other expenses; and (iii) an increase in income tax expenses.
