Solution International Nordics to Buy Swedish Consumer Products Business

02:20 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Solution International Nordics (SIN.ST) said Friday it signed a letter of intent to acquire a Swedish consumer products brand covering children, infants, and parents for 8 million kronor. The consumer goods company will acquire the business in its entirety as a going concern, including the brand, intellectual property rights, inventory, e-commerce store, moulds and related agreements. The company will pay 4.5 million kronor through an approved increase in its overdraft facility, and the remaining 3.5 million kronor through a 13-month promissory note. Subject to due diligence and Solution International's lender approving the financing, the deal is expected to close by Sept. 26.
