I learned from the National Standards Commission that the two national standards “Asset Classification and Code for Asset Management Data” and “Asset Management Data Asset Registration Guide” will be officially implemented on September 1. The national standard “Asset Management Data Asset Classification and Code” follows the classification and coding principles of “Basic Classification and Coding of Assets such as Fixed Assets”. Under the “Information Data Intangible Assets” category, data assets are further divided into three subcategories: structured data, semi-structured data, and unstructured data, which specifically include 15 subcategories, which not only balance the granularity and practicality of classification, but also reserve space for expansion to meet the needs of rapid evolution and innovation iteration of data asset types. The national standard “Asset Management Data Asset Registration Guide” establishes the general principles of data asset registration, clarifies the data asset registration implementer, registration content, registration process and requirements, focuses on the three steps of initial registration, change registration, and deregistration of data assets, puts forward specific requirements for asset registration and accounting book registration, and forms a data asset registration management system with clear job responsibilities and standardized procedures.
