According to Wuliangye Group, on August 27, trial production of the Wuliangye Smart Hook Packaging Center's Jianzhuang production line was officially launched. The Wuliangye Intelligent Packaging Center is a core component of the integrated project for finished wine packaging and intelligent warehousing and distribution. The Jianzhuang line for trial production integrates multiple management systems such as MES, WMS, production line management, anti-counterfeiting and traceability, and is equipped with ion air dust removal, AI visual inspection and other technologies. After operation, it can digitally control the entire link of packaging material transportation, wine source supply, production line operation, and finished product storage, completing the iterative upgrade of the semi-automated production vector intelligent model.
