Saudi Investment Bank's Capital Raise Gets Saudi Regulatory Nod

10:40 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority approved Saudi Investment Bank's (SASE:1030) proposed capital raise by way of issuing 1 bonus share for every five existing shares held. As a result, the banking services company's capital will increase to 15 billion Saudi riyals by transferring funds worth 1.5 billion riyals from the statutory reserve account and 1 billion riyals from the retained earnings account, according to a Thursday release. The regulator added that the company is expected to hold its extraordinary general assembly within six months to satisfy all regulatory and legal requirements.
