This portion of the shares accounts for about 35% of Wu Qiquan's total shareholding and 2.81% of the company's total share capital. The reference price for disposal in this auction is to be determined by multiplying the average closing price of stocks in the 20 trading days before the auction date by the number of shares. The starting price of the first auction shall not be less than 70% of the reference price. As of the disclosure date, Wu Qiquan held 106 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.02% of the company's total share capital. The company currently has no controlling shareholders or actual controllers. The current execution of shares will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation.
