Yao Ming Kangde (02359) sold 53.524 million shares of Pharmaceutical Federation through bulk transactions to cash out about HK$3.92 billion

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Yao Ming Kang De (02359) announced that on August 26, 2026, the company sold 53.524 million shares of Pharmaceutical Federation through bulk transactions, accounting for about 4.23% of the current total share capital of Pharmaceutical Federation, with a transaction amount of about HK$3.92 billion (not including transaction fees and other transaction fees).

The company's cash proceeds from this sale will be used to continue to focus on its main business, accelerate global production capacity and capacity building, attract and retain outstanding talents, and continue to strengthen the company's unique integrated CRDMO business model to efficiently meet the growing and changing needs of global customers and patients, while further optimizing the company's capital structure and enhancing shareholder returns.
