Jinzhi Public Transport (00077): Su Weiwen was elected as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Jinzhi Public Transport (00077) issued an announcement, effective after the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders) held on August 27, 2026: (i) Mr. Kwong Qizhi retired as an independent non-executive director of the Company and no longer serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee; and (ii) Professor Su Weiwen has been elected as an independent non-executive director and has been appointed by the board of directors as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
