CyanConnode Holdings Sets Effective Date for Esyasoft Takeover

04:51 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CyanConnode Holdings (CYAN.L) said Thursday that the scheme of arrangement for its proposed cash acquisition by Esyasoft Holding's subsidiary Esyasoft Technologies UK will take effect on Sept. 14. The acquisition, the terms of which were agreed on July 31, remains subject to the fulfillment or waiver of outstanding conditions, including court sanction at a hearing on Sept. 10. The London-listed IoT communication and smart metering company's share trading on the London stock exchange's AIM segment will also be suspended on Sept. 14, with cancellation due Sept. 15.
