During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 8.394 billion yuan, an increase of 2.77% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 2.151 billion yuan, up 4.44% year on year; after deducting non-net profit of 1.9 billion yuan, up 3.13% year on year; basic earnings per share were 1.19 yuan.

In the first half of 2026, the company's smart electrical lighting business continued to be upgraded around “high-end, intelligent, and internationalization”, using AI intelligence, health lighting and home decoration aesthetics as the core grippers, speeding up new business layouts such as AI eye protection lamps and muguang AI smart health lighting, and promoting iterative innovation in various categories such as wall switches, lighting, and household appliances and overseas product system construction. Through product innovation, channel retail capability upgrade, and brand communication linkage, the company continues to promote the upgrading of business from single product sales to integrated, scenario-based and intelligent solutions, further consolidating its leading position in the industry and enhancing brand influence.

In the first half of 2026, the company actively grasped market opportunities such as AI computing power infrastructure, rural infrastructure, and global off-grid lighting to accelerate the two new incubation businesses of data centers and solar lighting. The data center business starts from the terminal power distribution business, faces future technology trends, actively builds power supply and distribution product solutions, further deepens cooperation with leading Internet customers, and realizes a “modular computer room” “from 0 to 1” closed loop from product implementation, project construction and delivery to operation and maintenance support; the solar lighting business relies on a self-research system throughout the entire industry chain to continuously improve the full-scenario product layout and jointly promote domestic channel construction and overseas market expansion. The products, channels and brand capabilities of the two new businesses have been further enhanced, laying the foundation for subsequent large-scale development and rapid growth.
