Windar Photonics Closes Upsized Retail Offering of New Shares

The wind energy technology company said the offering was significantly oversubscribed, with a subscription for 900,000 shares from Director David Lis. The company said it conditionally raised gross proceeds of 5.1 million pounds from its fundraising, including the retail offering.
